The Coverdale House at 2049 Coverdale Road, Leicester, was completed in 1837. It has been restored. It is of Greek Revival architecture. It has been completely restored and refinished with new hardwood floors, thermal pane windows, new porches, etc. The house includes a 1-1/2-story kitchen wing and a one-story cobblestone and frame carriage shed. It was placed on the National Register in Sept. 7, 2005. A "widow's walk" was reconstructed atop the main portion of the house in 2010. Richard Palmer blog.
